My journey into lymphedema care was deeply inspired by an experience with a patient in a remote town in New Hampshire. She had been silently struggling with swelling and limited mobility for years.

Through gentle manual therapy and compression bandaging, I witnessed how just a caring touch and the right intervention could truly transform her life. That moment paved my path toward becoming a certified lymphedema therapist — and shaped the way I approach every patient, with empathy, intention, and individualized care.

Throughout the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with many cancer patients, and I’ve seen firsthand how a
complete physical therapy approach — combining movement, education, and emotional support — can make a profound difference in someone’s life. It’s not just about recovery; it’s about helping people regain their strength, independence, and confidence.

I believe that healing is more than just treatment — it's about restoring comfort, purpose, and quality of life. That’s why I take a holistic, personalized approach, always tailoring care to your unique needs and goals.
